Calendar and task management

Hello!  I cohost several privately owned cabins and was on Hostaway but transitioned away from them when the rate changed at AirBnb.     I loved a lot of their services but it came down to pricing.  

I am looking for a system that could be a calendar system, task management etc.  I’ve tried Google Calendar but can’t seem to get the reservations to come over with the info I need.   Searching here to see if anyone has a system they like that they’d recommend?   Or if someone figured out how to get the Google calendar to work better for them.
