Camera for between-resident liability

Hello,
I'd like to have a camera that'd allow me to walk through my home and take a video for liability purposes between airbnb visits. Something I could have strapped on me and it'd be set up to allow me to just walk through the home. The quality would be good enough where it'd capture everything -- so if I later needed to make a claim and the people who stayed stated x y or z was broken before they even got there, I could go back to that part of the video.
I could also use this to take pics of the home for the airbnb listing.

Being able to take it with me on trips to take nice pics would be a nice bonus, but not necessary.

Budget $600.

Anyone have any advice?

it is small so you can mount it on your head, or bike while you ride, or use it under water, the resolution is great, you can connect it to your phone or tablet, change lenses... you will love it
