Can someone help with how to set different prices for different dates?

Pretty new to hosting, although just became a superhost.

I'm finding it very hard to work out how to set higher prices for known peak periods in our area, and lower prices for other periods.

Such help help on this as I have found on the AirBnB site seems to refer to UI sections that don't actually exist when I view the site on a desktop browser.

No doubt I'm just being dumb, but I'm not finding the UI or FAQs very helpful for what should surely be a simple task!

It looks like the specific problem I had, was that setting a new daily rate wiped out custom prices I'd previously set. Finally found where to see the info. I'll experiment further...
