I still have an outstanding $100 voucher which was supposed to have been issued in April 2025 but I don't seem to have received a coupon code so cannot use it. How do I get a new code? I have checked my account and it says my voucher is still active and I have not redeemed it yet. I've checked all my old emails but can't find anything.

Hi Emilie, I've just tried again but booked a different accommodation instead and the coupon now appears as an option. Thanks for your help. Best wishes, Elaine
It should be in your payment section and can be used instantly when making payment for a booking.
I also own one and it is there !
See the help file for instructions to find it:
Hi @EWareing0 If you can still see that you have active coupon if you start a new booking, you may see your active coupons under the “Enter a coupon” or “Apply coupon” field on the booking payment page.
Active coupons should appear there if they’re available to use on that booking.
No. the problem is that as far as I can see airBnB have not sent me a coupon. When I go into payments and click on add coupon it asks me for a code which I do not have. It does not generate a code at the point of sale. It still wants to use PayPal or my credit card for payment. I've gone ahead and booked somewhere else in the meantime where I could contact the accommodation directly. I will be booking more accommodation elsewhere in the next couple of weeks so would still like to use my AirBnb voucher then.
I can not remember there was any code.
The Superhost bonus should be visible in the payment section of your account.
Exampe for desktop:
1. Click Menu > Account settings > Payments
2. Under Payments, click the number next to Your coupons
Please note: it is only the small number like "1" or "2" to click on
3. Find info about your Active, Redeemed, and Expired coupons in the list
Did you check it ?
If the coupon is not there, you maybe did not act on the email you received when being rewarded as Superhost.
There is a button in that email which brings you to your personal reward page. Try to find that email.
When you want to use an active coupon when making a booking, the coupon is "ready to use" in the payment screen of the booking (no further code is needed, just select the coupon for payment).
Hope this helps
Hi @Patricia2526,
Emiel and Patricia have explained how they would each find that coupon if they were in your shoes, have you tried either of their suggestions yet?
Please let us know if you managed to find it, so you can go ahead and book something exciting with it 😃
Thanks,
Emilie

Sorry to hear that, @EWareing0! It sounds like it might be worth asking the Support team to see what could have gone wrong here, did you contact them at all?
