Chanel manager software

Hi,

Recently I've purchased Chanel managing software to grow my business

Earlier Airbnb used to charge 3%of Host fee and 5%of tax withheld 

After I started using Chanel manager Host fee is now 15% and 5% of tax withheld

Options

1. Should I increase my rates too with 10-12% so that I can recover that money because I'm getting too less amount after cutting all

2. Should I keep other softwares like booking.com on that software and keep airbnb running separately because Airbnb is my main source and I trust it more than any other OTA

Please help me through this it's Frustrating.
