City approved my new registration number but my listing is still pending approval

Hi there,

The listing has been changed to hosting 29 days and more for 5 months. We want to host short-term rentals again. So our new registration number has been approved by the City, and we updated it on the Airbnb listing regulation page.

But our listing is still pending approval! I’ve been back & forth with AIRBNB agents, they just keep telling me that someone else is reviewing my case, and will get back to me soon. I submitted the approval letter from our City to the specialist team. Nothing has happened since.

This is not a single case, I saw there were a lot of similar cases like mine that were very frustrating. This is an issue within the Airbnb website. Hoping someone can help and also that this issue can be dealt with at Airbnb long term to help other hosts.

I'm sure you were eager to have your listing up and running for short-term rentals after going through the due process!

Today I see that there are two listings active on your profile -one showing as new. Can you confirm whether everything has been resolved please?
