City needs proof of 2 guests last year

Can anybody quickly tell me how to print an acceptable receipt showing two prior paying guests that doesn't have all my bank information? 

The city requires this by today at 3:00 p.m. I only have about an hour or two to get it done.

Not sure why the city would need that, but can't you just print out the reservation details for 2 guests? 

If they won't accept that, you can give them a redacted bank statement showing at least 2 guests payments. I believe it says Airbnb and the reservation number?
