Does anyone know how to get to the claim supervisor or someone that I can actually return my phone call? I’ve tried 31 times and each time I’m assure that a supervisor claims part will call me back, but it never happens and now I’m in limbo as to whether or not, they’re going to pay my claim, I guess burnt my countertop and the pan and I’d like to get my countertop replaced this !!

Sorry to hear that but you can file for AirCover just fill out the necessary information, including descriptions, photos, videos, and cost estimates for repairs or replacements. Be as specific as possible. They may ask for additional documentation, quotes, or evidence, depending on the nature of your claim.

No, unfortunately, no one has gotten back to me from the claims department. I resubmitted the claim. I have all the pictures all the estimates everything that they need and asked for I just feel like giving up, but I need To be heard as a super host for six years! If anyone has suggestions how to get through to that department I really appreciate it .
