now a days I don’t get SMS regarding the inquiry of guests. Before I used to and it was easy for me to go to my mail box to get all the details. is that possible to activate the guest inquiry by SMS also ?
Make sure SMS/Text message notifications are enabled for inquiries and bookings.
In the meantime, I’d recommend relying on Airbnb push notifications + email alerts, since SMS can sometimes be less reliable depending on the country/carrier.
If everything is set up correctly but you still don’t receive texts, contact Airbnb Support.
