Class B Exemption

Dear Community,
I am looking for help with listing my Multiple Dwelling that has Class B status in NYC. Has anyone here been successful? Should I register with OSE and see if I can get the exemption that way? Please help!

They are best placed to advise you if the regulations  aren't clear.
