Cleaning schedules

What is the best way to share the bookings with my cleaner so they know when they need to clean? I know I can add a host to my account, but I didn’t want to do this and enable them to see all the pricing and messages etc. Is there any other way they can be notified of a booking or can the cleaning schedule be downloaded somewhere?

From "list of reservations":

- choose the print option (to create PDF or print it on paper) .

- Choose "export" and download the CSV file, import in spreadsheet.

(If you do not want the pricing info being visible: remove price column)

- Make a screenprint (if desired crop the pricing info).
