Co Hosting Charges

I wanted to see if any of you have had any experience on how to set your pricing to be a cohost? I have been a super host for two years and recently decided to offer my services as a cohost. I have had two people reach out to me where they want me to be in charge of their listing, interact with the guest and all of the details that you would take care of as the host. I would outsource the cleaning. Possibly help with some of the design. I’m going to review the property and then help with pictures. I am not sure what to charge and also what is affordable for the host. Whether you do it by a dollar amount or buy a percentage of the listing. Can you please help?
