Hi, I’m looking for a reliable and experienced Airbnb co-host for my 2BHK flat in lullanagar , pune 
I want someone who can take complete responsibility for managing the property and help me make it a highly booked, guest-favourite Airbnb. I’m looking for someone who understands how to present and manage a property well, attract regular guests, maintain good occupancy and ratings, and ensure a smooth experience for guests.

One suggestion from my own hosting experience: if possible, manage the Airbnb yourself for some time first. Even a short period of being closely involved in guest communication, pricing, check-ins, reviews and day-to-day issues can teach you a lot about how your own property performs.

 Once you have that experience, it becomes much easier to identify what you really need from a co-host and choose the right person for the job.

Then, instead of simply finding someone who says they can manage Airbnb, you’ll be in a much better position to recognise the person who actually fits your property, your standards and your goals.
