Co-host does not have access to statistics and gained money

Hi everyone, my partner and I have just become hosts. He is the host and I am the co-host. We have both set up the accounts. However, only he can see the statistics of the month, e.g. the gained money and all other information. I have the same sections but are all empty. How does it work? We were experting that both of us could have access to this info.  Thank you

Hello @Giulia1906

I am assuming that you have full access to the account and therefore according to your privileges you should be able to access the Revenue part of the listing.

A host on the French CC posted this week with exactly the same problem  and I suggested that she raise the issue by going through the Resolution Center to report it as a bug.  You therefore have a paper trace.

If I hear back from the French host with any update, I'll let you know and vice versa please🙏.

All the best
Joëlle

Hil Joëlle, thanks a lot. I will do as you suggest and let you know. Best, Giulia

Yes...Airbnb changed how Earnings info is displayed with the New Release May 2025. Full Access Co Hosts can view Earnings, but it is not intuitive and the page that displays Earnings is a bit misleading (be sure you have Full Access Permissions as per @Joelle43😞

Go to:

1. Menu (Today page top right)

2. Earnings

3. Tap people Icon (top right)

4. Select which person's Earnings you want to review

(it says "select Co Host" even though one is the "Owner" and others listed would be Co Host)

Thanks @Joan2709  for that information and will pass that onto the French host too😊

Don’t use co- host settings myself so not familiar with the process

@Joelle43

As a Co Host, I forget that Listing Owners see different formats for the various pages on Airbnb 😊

Sometimes when I am creating a listing for an Owner, or optimizing a Listing,  I am reminded/see the differences when logged is as "Owner" vs Co Host.
