Co-hosting

Hi,

I am interested in co-hosting

 I have really loved managing my air bnb and would be interested in taking on another via co-hosting. I have great reviews and run a profitable listing so I think I could really help cottage owners that don't really have the capacity. However, there seems to be so many restrictions to do this.

Through air bnb I am on a wait list to be on the discovered cohost search even though there are only 2 other co-host in my entire area (which seems very limiting) and one only has 1 listing.

On Facebook cottage rental groups there are also so many restrictions on posting services that it seems impossible to connect with cottage owners that need help, but I know they're out there!

I have the capacity to take on 2-3 more and would want to be in my local area to be able to check on the properties.

Any advice on how to get started would be great!

Hi! Are you a member of your local official Airbnb Host club? That’s a great place to connect with hosts online, and in person.

I also know cohost to get business by partnering with local realtors, or doing direct mailings to property owner

I get most of my business through word-of-mouth, the co-hosting network, and my personal website. But personal connections are the most powerful, as in any business!

Have you set up social media pages /a website to promote your cohosting service ?  @Tatiana1176 

you can then invest in targeted online social media advertising to reach hosts who are your target market .

are you active in your local host group? Hosts there sometimes ask for recommendations for cohosts .
