You can also ask for critics here on your listing.

I have a few comments:

- 3 guests, 1 bed ?

- No smoking/nosmoking set in the houserules

- You allow pets, but no pet fee is set.

- Same (low) price for 1 or 3 guests, maybe set base price for 2 guests and add extra guest fee for the 3rd guest

- As a new host start with short stays (max 27 days). Long term stays have different rules/terms.
