@V--Ellease0 It's always good to have cleaning products available for general sanitation, but that's not really a factor in Covid safety.
As an in-home host, you can request that guests wear masks in common areas of the home for your own safety, but now that it's no longer a default policy it should be very explicit in your listing. I don't really see a benefit in asking about guests' vaccination status anymore, as the current variants are easily transmitted between vaccinated people. Testing may also be a red herring, as an Omicron case can be at its most contagious before a test result is positive.
I think if you choose to do in-home hosting right now, you have to accept that this virus will eventually be passing through your home, and hope that your immunity status will protect you from severe symptoms. It will be hard to find guests who want to be tourists in a state with virtually no Corona restrictions, and stay in a shared home with strangers, but who are happy to wear masks around the house.
