Please advise if you got the Untrue review from hard to please/ lying guests and it cannot be removed!!!

@Debbie957 Perhaps at least tell your potential guests what the bed situation will be. Also your check out - check in time feels very tight for cleaning.

Looking forward to seeing the finish look. I recently changed my check out time to 10:00. It has made a world of difference. Guest are leaving on time and it gives me extra cleaning time.
@Debbie957 First and foremost - block your calendar dates until your listing is complete! No guest in their right mind would book your listing in this state - it's simply not ready for prime time. It's OK to keep it live with a blocked calendar - people can still save it to their wish lists - but anyone who requests an unfinished listing is going to be a problem guest.
Maybe update this thread when you've finished building your listing - right now it's only about 10% of the way there.
