Hi all,
I'm just starting my journey on hosting on Airbnb and I'm already thrilled by the amount of resources on this forum!
My listing is a studio in the heart of Paris, here's a picture I particularly appreciate:
I've got a first version of the studio description I'm relatively happy with, but I'm sure it could be made much more attractive. Any feedback would be much appreciated 🙂

@François1400 I think the photos almost misrepresent the apartment as one is of a living room and another the bedroom when actually it is the same room.
I agree with @Mike-And-Jane0 . I don't think the photos themselves are misleading, rather the way they are categorised and arranged, which suggests there is a separate bedroom, separate living room and even possibly a separate dining space. I know you have stated that it's a studio apartment, but you'd be surprised how many guests miss the most basic of information. One way around this is to include photos that show the whole space with the living and sleeping areas in the same photo.
Also, in the guest access section, you have described the location (there is a separate section for that) but this part is supposed to be about what parts of the listing the guests have access to, which should be fairly straightforward, as it's a self contained apartment. If there are any additional shared facilities, e.g. communal gardens, this would be where you mention those.
You might want to consider adding to your house rules, but you will probably learn with experience what additional points you need to include. Don't take for granted that all guests will behave sensibly. So, for example, you might need to remind them to make sure the front door is securely closed, or to keep noise down after a certain time at night (you don't want complaints from the neighbours). These additional details will then appear in a section which the guest clicks on to read more.
Otherwise, it all looks good to me.

@François1400 You have taken the type of photos that distort the space and make it appear larger than it is. Take normal photos from different angles- guests feel deceived when the photos make spaces appear larger, with more space between the different areas than there actually is.
Look at the door on your cover photo. It looks large enough to drive a truck through, which I assume it isn't.
And I agree with Huma, calling something a bedroom or a living room or dining room when it is actually a one room studio is going to lead to misunderstandings.
Also remove the clothing from the closet- just show it empty wiith hangars.
The studio itself looks nice- super clean, comfortable and uncluttered. It's your photo gallery that needs tweaking.
@François1400 Change your wording: "Enjoy a completely revamped studio apartment, fully furnished for busy professionals with an ergonomic desk setup.
I also question the amenities -- cleaning before checkout? And the elevator/no stairs in home seem contradictory. Is it a ground floor studio or are there both stairs and an elevator to get to it? I would also add a picture to show the sofa closed and then open and made up as a bed to ensure that people understand that there is no bed in a separate bedroom.
Is that a warming bath towel rack in the bathroom? If so, mention it (I am jealous as I don't have one).

Your feedbacks are just so valuable. I adjusted the description, guest access, and especially the house rules! Thanks for pointing out the need of being explicit on house rules, indeed I'd rather make things clear from the beginning than learn the hard way.
I'm on holiday but I'll take new photos with your advice when back in Paris.
