Inquiry about accepting service animals.

Hello everyone we are new Airbnb Hosts.

we had an inquiry about accepting service animals. We dont accept pets but I don’t know how to respond to somebody asking about service animal.

Do you charge cleaning fees?

deposit?

Have a look on the Airbnb Help website under service animals for Airbnb's policy . @Flor2470 

You're not allowed to charge a cleaning fee.

you can ask the guest what takes the animal helps them with and remind them as a service animal that it must be with them at all times and must be left at the listing by itself .
