Queens county & NYC & NYS Occupancy Tax

I have an Airbnb in a the boro of Queens. 
it looks like Airbnb does not have us in the jurisdiction that they collect occupancy tax from guest. 1.

Are we supposed to do this? 
2. If so does anyone know if all 3 the county, city & state require us to collect it ?

3. Does anyone know what the percentage is for each ?
