Dear friends,

I have a big trouble with payouts of  my last long-term reservation which started on July 9 and ends January 16.

I didn't get transactions for two months already.Before  I always used Western Union.when I called to support centre they suggested to change a method (still do not know why I had to ).  But I changed it with International Wire which is verified already .After maximum days (7 business days) I still do not have transactions and today even more the transaction history of upcoming transactions is totally empty .They were shown until yesterday.

I  contacted the support centre three times already.Doing what they are suggesting but no results .

Have somebody got  the case like me?
