Delayed Payout, No Help?

I have been on the phone for 3 days with AirBnB staff who tell me that we will receive our two payouts were are missing, but they can’t tell me when, and that the only people who can fix the issue are in a different department that can only email or message us. On the message thread, I’ve gone 3 days without a response from AirBnB staff. I’ve only received emails to confirm our account which I have done multiple times. Does anyone have any guidance that would help?
