Hi I am Denise and started hosting in June 2021.  We have had a great response and people report they love our loft.
I have a question: should you lower your rates during off season, and if so by what percentage?

It's always good practice to set your rates to be in line with seasonal fluctuations.

what that looks like depends on demand and supply for your sort of listing in your area.

Do some market research and see what others are charging for comparable places locally .

@Denise1416 do look at what others are charging but don't just cut your rates too low. In low season there is often just not much business and so if you go too cheap you will just cut your returns on a booking you might have got anyway.
