Does anyone else had problems with payouts while adding Indonesian bank account?

I have not been paid since August 2025- every time I try adding my bank account, it's being rejected at the end.

My booking dot com accepted it without any problem.

It is a company business account and the account owner is an Indonesian citizen.

I have tried:

-updating location to Indonesia

-adding 11 digit swift code rather than 8

anyone out there that can help?

@Gunawan7

Have seen you other posts on this problem...

Is this your listing and your account or are you a Co Host?

Is your Airbnb profile under your individual name and the bank account under the name of a business?

Ah sorry

I thought I have already replied

it is my listing

under GUNAWAN - name

bank account is a business account that belongs to a company

I have tried so many options

latest one being that branch code should not be more than 4 digits while y bank gave me 5 digits

so I tried again - let’s see on Monday if the error comes back again.

I think it’s insane that all this time Airbnb staff could not tell me what the error exactly is,

what are limits of number of digits of swifts or bank codes etc

@Gunawan7

Is your Airbnb account setup with your individual name and Tax Identification number, but the bank account setup under a business name and business tax identification number? If so, Airbnb normally doesn't allow this for KYC and anti money laundering reasons.

If so, that is probably the problem and not an issue with the Bank Swift Code.

You'll have to work with Airbnb on this I'm afraid.

Hi, it looks like it finally worked. So the error was that it’s supposed to be max 4 digits branch code..

I am still considering shutting my Airbnb account down, it was so very stressful trying to get my money back without Airbnb  staff support. All these months and no one never properly investigated, just kept asking to re enter bank details ..

thank you for your help and time -

@Gunawan7

Glad it was finally resolved and thanks for posting the outcome. Perhaps this will help other Hosts.

Agree it should have been much sooner by Airbnb. Unfortunately, Hosts generally know more about how the platform works than Airbnb CS I'm afraid. That is not so much the CS reps fault, but a lack of training on the part of Airbnb.
