My listing was enrolled into the Plus Program (now discontinued) and received a 'Professional Photoshoot' as part of the program's benefits. However, I was never given the original pictures / files and - now that the program is discontinued - there's no way for me to access those. You may imagine that not having the original files of your listing's pictures is a bit of a problem when it comes to modifications / re-uploads or rearrangements.
Is there something that I can do? Do you find yourself in a similar situation?

Yes @Francesco602 , I chose a free photo shoot as my first host reward - the photos were uploaded directly to Airbnb by the photographer and I never received them. I think the reasonong is that Airbnb paid for the photos, so they remain Airbnb's property and you can't use them on competing sites.

Hello @Helen3 ! I wasn't aware of their T&C, thus I thought it was possible to get the original files. I presume this applies regardless of when the photos were taken.
