Duplex listing - new host

Hi,

I have a duplex that I want to list, and I'd ideally like to have it as 2 separate listings but with the ability for someone to book the both units if they'd like the full building.  Is it 1 listing on Airbnb that has the option to book the downstairs, upstairs or both? Or, is it simply 2 different listings for each unit?

@Jacie3 You need 3  listings. One for each duplex and 1 for the entire place. Then link the calendar of duplex 1 to the  whole place and the calendar of duplex 2 to the whole place so that if one duplex is booked the other duplex is still available but the whole place isn't.

Hi

you would need to create 3 separate listings

2x for the individual space and one for the entire space- As to avoid overlapping bookings between both sets you must link their calendars:
