Dynamic Pricing Tool Recommendations

Hello everyone,

I'm researching dynamic pricing tools for my short-term rental, specifically companies other than Airbnb's native pricing.

I currently use PriceLabs and am aware of Beyond (formerly Beyond Pricing).

Are there any other third-party dynamic pricing services that you are using and would recommend as an alternative to PriceLabs? I'm curious to know what other options are out there.

Is there an issue you have with PriceLabs? Most Hosts use them.

The only other one I have heard of is Wheelhouse.

Hello @Joan2709 , and thank you for the reply. To be honest, the issue was specifically with BeyondPricing. I only mentioned PriceLabs in my post to explore what other options are available.

I think the 3 main ones you have already mentioned:

Pricelabs

Wheelhouse

Beyond Pricing

Only have used PriceLabs, so not sure of the others? All are not set and forget and all rely on the base price as a starting point. If that is off, then all the pricing will be off. Additionally, I believe they all compare listings based on bedroom count, which doesn't really fit all properties. Some of the more unique properties will have to adjust the base price, as there isn't much to compare to.
