Hi,
I am a new host, been going about 3 weeks, got over 10 booking so going really well. I had a message from AirBnB support saying I need to do KYC. I tried to confirm my details but I'm stuck with an error when I click confirm. I have tried on my iPhone, my Desktop using chrome and edge. I rang Airbnb support and they didn't do anything just said its been passed onto the technical team.
I know it can take up to a month for my first pay out but doesn't look like I will get any payouts until this is fixed. Currently have about £1500 pending..
If anyone has any suggestions please let me know.
