Hello everyone, I just submitted an experience for review. my question to anyone who knows… How many days weeks or months might it be before I get an email from Elevate (or Airbnb if that’s who I’m dealing with.. not sure) telling me whether they approved my submission or not? An ancillary question: in this 21’st century world, why do they not answer this question before we even ask it? All they say when you press submit is “we will let you know by email when we have finished your review“. I’m very surprised I cannot even view and/or edit my experience right now. Overall the process is not near as straightforward as it was to submit an Airbnb stay for submission, and this waiting day upon day is the pits. Also… Does anyone know if they will tell me any reasons for denial if they do not approve my application/submission? -david e
Hi @David12082 😊,
Thank you so much for asking this question here!
Did you check with Customer Support about this?
I'm tagging a few hosts in case they know something about it: @Dave-and-Deb0, @Tami298, @Edward899, @Lainey11, @Linda-and-Peter0, @Dwayne92 and @Carin800.
Thank you in advance, everyone!
Warm regards 🌻

Thanks Elisa, I will try again but customer support always goes straight to Airbnb stay support. I do hope these things can be ironed out with Elevate. My overall experience with our Airbnb stay and its support team has been quite good and it is very quick to speak with a real person on the phone. I believe this is impossible for the Airbnb experiences unless I’m missing something.
I am finalising an experience to be listed soon. So I do not have personal experience of this and no comments to this effect from my group
