Are there any tips or considerations for bookings over one month?  What os considered reasonable in terms of supplies and cleaning frequency. How do you safeguard against any potential damages?

We actually love hosting long-term guests. Once they’ve settled in, we usually give them their privacy and don’t disturb them during their stay unless they need assistance. To help them feel at home, we provide a starter pack that includes cleaning products and other basic consumables.

For guests who prefer not to handle the cleaning themselves, we also offer an on-call cleaning service. It’s completely optional and not mandatory they can simply request it if needed. We make sure to clearly mention this arrangement in our house rules and listing description so expectations are set from the beginning. This setup has worked well for both us and our long-stay guests, giving them flexibility while helping us keep the property well maintained.
