I assume you are asking two different questions:

1. Can you invoice a guest through Airbnb? The answer is no. Airbnb does not produce invoices on your behalf.
2. Can you invoice a guest yourself? Yes. You should ask a local bookkeeper or accountant how to do it. If you haven't discussed taxation matters related to running your Airbnb with one yet, it might be time to do so. That is the only place you should really be looking for answers on this.
