Finding a property manager in Blackpool

I'm looking for someone to manage a property I am letting out in Blackpool. I'm hoping to find someone local so I can take a hands off approach. I'm not sure if this is the correct forum to post in but would apricate any help or guidance on this.

I would post on one of the UK forums on FB and ask for recommendations fir a local superhost who can act as a co/host and manage cleaning services. @Jamie703 

Don't forget to take up references and have a contract.
