Hello,
will I have to wait 30 days for first payout?
One article(https://www.airbnb.com/help/article/425#:~:text=But%20when%20will%20you%20get,you%20to%20receive%20t....) says "We’ll send your payout about 24 hours after a guest checks into your place"
Other one(https://www.airbnb.com/help/article/285#:~:text=New%20Hosts,your%20guest's%20scheduled%20start%20dat....) says "If you’re a new Host, we may hold your payouts for 30 days after your first reservation is confirmed."
So should I expect 30 days delay for first payout?

If you are a new host, your first payment will come after 30 days
I am not exactly sure how they time the first payout & 30 days didn’t happen to me.
I can assure you mine was the second day of my first booking which was 5 days. When I receive notice that a payout was made I noted that it was deposited 24-48 hours later.
Thank you, can you tell when you had first booking? Im just afraid they could change policy...
Does anyone registered with airbnb in 2023 and had first payout? Any delays?
My first booking was Feb. 2023.
I have had no delays in payout. My bank however my take up to 5 days to post after I have received notification that a payout was made. I ‘see’ in my bank as pending initially.
Thank you!
The 30day delay in payout is only for long term stays (28days or more) and if are a new host.
