Getting in touch with the team

Has anyone ever gotten in touch directly with a specialized team instead of just the resolution center? It would be more helpful to ask directly than to need to explain the same ongoing  issue every time you call them. They don't even have departmenta specialised in specific topics like taxes in European countries. I would expect to be able to get specific answers from Airbnb to know exactly how to file taxes in my country (Croatia) since the authorities here have no idea.

a local accountant would be best placed to advise you on how to file local taxes in your country .

airbnb is an international marketing platform for short term term rentals so can't advise on local tax issues .
