Getting started

I'm getting closer to completion. In Euless we have to have the city inspection before listing.

Am I cooking for the guests? At the moment looking at 2 bedrooms 1 bath shared kitchen possibly to be available. I'll be in residence. My garage conversion doubles as a small apartment where I am most of the time .Do I need a commercial kitchen?
