Goa Registration with the Department of Tourism

Hello, I'm looking to set up a new Airbnb and register it with the Department of Tourism in Goa.

They seem to have changed the process and increased the documentation required for registration. For example, one now needs a Fire Services NOC, third party insurance and an NOC from the housing society.

I'm looking to do things the right way. Has anyone here already gone through this process. How does one get a fire NOC, is there a way around that? Looks like they've made compliance so hard now that most new listings may not even bother to register.

It's good to see local government in your area are tightening up on safety requirements for STRs . @Raghav2 

Why would you want to get around complying with fire safety regulations? 

Have you tried asking for advice on your local host group - currently found on FB but which are soon moving to Airbnb.
