Guests receiving and finding postal address

Some guests seem not to find my property’s address, yet when I book somewhere for my use the postal address is on the confirmation email.  Do access instructions like key safe code get shared with guests just 48 hours before start of letting?  It would be helpful to find specific written information from Airbnb on this.

I always make sure to message the guests a few days before their stay with the address, my phone number and some directions. It doesn't matter that all this is there on their booking. So many people just can't be bothered to read. I find that it's better to resend all that info AND if they don't acknowledge that message, chase to make sure they have read it.

@Linda348  Never leave your guest without a confirmation message and if the period of time between the reservation and the stay is too long, (weeks or months), always send at least one reminder message. Write anything...ask for any changes, ask for flight number or arrival time...something. That makes your guest to feel important, to know, that you care about what you are doing. You just don't need to know what the system is doing automatically. Keep everything in you own hands, all the time. If you think, that something is important-write it. One week, 48 hours...no matter. If your address is hard to find, draw a map.
