Guesty Error: Number already in use

I am trying to connect Guesty to my Air BnB account but when I enter my phone in to connect to my air BnB account it gives me an error message that states number already in use. Before having a host account I had a personal account and then I switched to a hosting account. So I only have one account on Air Bnb but still getting an error message when guesty is try to connect to Air Bnb?

Hi @Deana70 

Try to log in on a browser (not the app). Go to Account → Personal info → Phone numbers. Make sure your number is verified and not listed twice.

@Emilie I have one account and you can switch between hosting and traveling.

The error was on Guesty’s side and they have resolved it. Thank you everyone for your advice.

Did you delete your previous personal account?

Airbnb will not allow 2 profiles that have the same phone number.
