Hey, does anyone use Guesty? I have seen a lot of negative reviews but they are all 3 years old or so. I currently am managing 9 listings and am trying to add more. Iv heard a lot of people say its buggy and borderline a scam. What are everyones thoughts?

I signed up to guesty and I liked it. But it puts the fee the guest pays onto your side. So instead of 200 + 26 = 226 is what guest pays then airbnb take 3% off your 200. With guesty linked it is 200 - 26 = 174 - 3%. But I found it good but unessary as I did not bother listing on any other website and we only have 1 property. You should check out Dave Cordner on you tube. He has 75 listings and a lot of videos. He speakes highly of guesty and has a discount code/link if you do want to sign up. @Thomas3585
