@Tanweer0 You need to make a note of your upcoming guests'contact information, off platform so you can communicate with them by phone if necessary.
How about if you just block all open dates so nothing can be booked and show the HOA that you have done that? That way you can leave your listing up so the already booked guests can communicate with you on the platform. Explain to the HOA that communicating with those guests off-platform is a security risk.
If they aren't amenable to that, just snooze your listing, not delist it. Then phone or t3xt the guests to tell them what has happened, and to let you know by text or phone when they need to message you on the Airbnb messaging. Then you can unsnooze it briefly to receive or send mesages to them.
I imagine you listed in contravention of the HOA rules, not a very smart thing to do.
