Help! Zero Reservations

Hi Everyone,

We are at our one year anniversary here in Northern California, and have had a reasonably successful first year, with 2-4 weekends booked each month. HOWEVER, in the last month, we have received ZERO inquiries, and have ZERO reservations. We are a Superhost, and most probably have been impacted by the changes made by Airbnb lately. 

 

Has anyone else experienced this? How did you overcome it? Any help is appreciated.

Your listing charges same price if booked for 1 or for 8 guests.

Maybe consider a (lower) fixed price for upto 6 guests and additonal fee for 7th and 8th guest.

 

The listing is assigned now to catagories: "chalets", "amazing pools", "farms"

How can I change the categories? I tried to do that but got lost in the system....

Airbnb assigns the listings to categories, and hosts have no availability to make changes.
