Help to obtain a short term rental license in Oakland Park, Florida

Hello everyone,

As a Canadian unfamiliar with the City of Oakland Park, Florida, regulations and state requirements for obtaining a license, I have the list of requirements but would appreciate insights from anyone who has gone through this process. Specifically, I'm curious about whether we need to meet all the listed requirements, especially regarding drawings and exit signs. It's a small 2-bed, 1-bath house and not a hotel. I've checked online but want to be clear on exactly what is needed in the City of Oakland Park, Florida. Any hosts who have experience with this process and can offer guidance will be greatly appreciated.
