Help with bookings

Hello everyone,

I am new to hosting and I started my first listing last week of May. My first guest extended their stay from last week in May till end of July. After that I have had 3 other bookings averaging 4-5 days per stay. 2 out of 3 guest did not write reviews after their stay, even-though they stated they enjoyed their stay we’re going to write a favorable review. I communicate with them throughout their stay and afterwards.

I had 2 good writes so far but I am having trouble with booking. I have reduced pricing  but I am not getting more bookings. Any feedback or suggestions to gain more bookings will be helpful

Hi @Fidelis5 , have you looked at the statistics part of Airbnb if bookings are down in your area?
