Hi, I am hosting for the 2nd time and having problems with pricing

 I have set my price, not using smart pricing, but the price keeps changing . when i look at the actual listing the price is much higher

@Jacquie52 if it Is about 17% higher it is the Airbnb service fee. Of it could be your cleaning fee amortised over a low number of nights.
