Holiday home rental licence

It has come to our attention that we will need to register our property in Cyprus to obtain a licence number to which we have to display this on our advert.  Has this come Into operation,  or is it something that is pending. We have found out that there is a fee of 220€  to pay for a 3 Yr licence. Can anyone 8nform me of this intention or website which I can log into.T.I.A.

When you are doing short term rentals you should always check government regulations before you set up to see if there are any restrictions or licensing required, or whether there are any plans in place for STR regulations. So to me the obvious place to start would be to check with is the Cypriot government website. @Brian-And-Christine0 

You haven't said whether you are on the Greek or Turkish side so the website for whichever government your property is based in.

@Brian-And-Christine0 If you google 'Cyprus short term rental licence' there is a wealth of information available which seems very clear to me. The law seems to be a year or so old and compliance is required in January 2022 (ie now)
