Home insurance for duplex

Our duplex has a separate unit that I am running airbnb on it , right now my insurance company said I need to get agreement from the neighbors to approve the contract, do I need to do that ? Since my neighbor is renting their separate unit downstairs for long term tenants, they didn’t need to get my agreement to approve, or is it different between long term and short term rental?

@Nicole3134 Current preferred vendor is Square insurance and also Hub have options for short term. 

Go get a quote from either of those, Square should be the cheapest
