Hello,
I am new to hosting. My husband and I own a company which owns the house we have listed. I submitted ID for verification a few days ago and it was accepted. I had a message from support centre this evening saying that I need to upload my husband's ID for verification. They said my bookings would be cancelled if I failed to do this.
They gave a link to upload to but when I click on the link it says my ID has already been verified. It won't let me upload my husband's ID. I have contacted Air B and B asking if they would remove my ID so I can upload one jpeg of both ID's together, but they have not responded.
I am so worried that I will lose my bookings! Can anyone help with this? Does Support Centre close at a certain time? Maybe that is why they have not responded...

Hello, @Joan2709 there had been no issue since and my bookings were not cancelled. I have received other bookings and got a call from support to say my identity and that of my husband had been verified. Thank you for your help.

This seems to be an unending problem that has been going on for months. Broken links sent in emails and system says you are verified, but Airbnb still asking for documentation.
Perhaps one of the moderators can forward this to the correct Team at Airbnb before this Host's reservations get cancelled through no fault of their own.
