Host Payouts not recieved for over 2 months

I have tried to contact the Support tem for almost 1 month and no proper responce from the team as to where is y payouts its been 2 months and i have already shared the bank statements and they dont have any answer they keep repeating the same script that they work off " O the support agent assigend will come back to you I have no tollfree number to call from my country and no one helps .. Is there any one that can actually let me know what happened to my payouts. But they have recieved their fees so looks like no one cares for the host

Sorry for what is happening to you, nobody ever knows the reason why they are with holding your payouts,

I did look through you profile and you mention "Party Hall" if i was you I would remove that,
