Hello everyone,
I’m a long-time host based in Greece, and I’m currently facing an extremely frustrating and unclear situation.
I’ve been receiving repeated warnings from Airbnb stating that unless I provide "proof" that certain guest complaints are not valid, my account may be suspended.
However, Airbnb has provided zero details about these complaints — no information on what the issue is, which reservation it concerns, or even what I’m being accused of. This makes it impossible for me to respond or defend myself properly.
Worse, every attempt to contact Airbnb support has led to automated replies or chatbot loops. I have not been able to speak with a real human, and I’m extremely concerned that my listing could be taken down without due process or a chance to explain my side.
This is not how fair host support should work.
Has anyone gone through something similar? And more importantly, how can I escalate this to reach an actual support agent who can review my case in detail?
Any help or suggestions are deeply appreciated.
